- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance processes.
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address challenges.
- Monitor and analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and areas of concern.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reporting and forecasting processes.
- Implement and maintain effective performance management processes, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance operations and governance.
- Communicate and present financial information and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

- Represent the finance operations team in meetings and discussions related to performance and governance.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Operations And Governance, Preferably In A Large Multinational Corporation.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Systems And Processes, Including Experience With Sap Or Other Erp Systems.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Performance And Governance Issues.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Lead And Develop A Team, And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Results.
