You will lead the selection, development, certification, evaluation, and management of the DC Trainer Networks and ensure that training is executed in a consistent and repeatable manner, including responsibilities within our immersive learning environment or “dojo.” You will be accountable for training delivery logistics, including planning, scheduling and coordinating resources. You will maintain training records, while maintaining and procuring adequate supplies needed for “dojo” training. You will collect training data and metrics and report results to management, seeking recommendations for process improvements and action plans. You will build key relationships in Operations to build and sustain a scalable, flexible, and reliable Training Network.
