  1. Develop and drive the creative vision and direction for the Nike brand, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall brand strategy and objectives.
  2. Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and art directors, to deliver high-quality, innovative, and impactful creative work.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and retail, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and creative execution.
  4. Stay current on industry trends and consumer insights to inform and enhance creative strategies and executions.
  5. Oversee the development and execution of all creative assets, including campaigns, packaging, retail displays, and digital media.
  6. Ensure the Nike brand's visual identity is consistently represented across all touchpoints, including print, digital, and experiential.
  7. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the creative team.
  8. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the Nike brand, both internally and externally.
  10. Lead presentations and pitches to senior leadership and other stakeholders, effectively communicating the creative vision and strategy.
  11. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
