Job Description

Designing incredibly polished work that represents the Nike brand and product experience through visual comps, wireframes, flows and prototypes. Working closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of producers, product managers, project managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers to discover and understand business, feature, and user requirements that translate into thoughtful design executions. Inspiring new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh approaches to design problems while applying your knowledge of standard methodologies and user-centered design principles to build simple, appealing and seamless workflows. Developing design solutions using participatory and iterative techniques including user interviews, observation, usability testing, validation, and design thinking brainstorms and workshops.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design with tried experience in visual and UX

  • Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design, data science, experimentation and execution

  • Experience working with consumer research and data

  • Ability to influence or create design patterns or standards that are adopted by other teams

  • Experience launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization

  • Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise
