Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in working with cross-departmental teams, innovative technology, and can drive the implementation of the infrastructure and technology for construction and/or renovation projects for Nike’s retail stores. You will handle a budget for the vital equipment and installation to drive a Nike Standard technological experience. You’ll be leading communications, service-levels, and reporting. This role will run projects using a blend of Lean/Agile principals, combined with standard waterfall and a framework including but not limited to facilitating planning sessions, daily standups, and removing critical issues for the team. You will be reporting project status, risks and issues to the larger Project Management organization, project sponsors, and senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years professional experience

  • Prior technical renovation / construction project management experience within retail environments

  • Prior experience managing a Request for Proposal (RFP)

  • Familiarity with Lean/Agile principals and framework, agile project management shepherding projects from kick-off to delivery
