- Receive and process incoming shipments of Nike products, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to designated locations.
- Maintain inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure efficient product flow.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, keeping it clean and safe for all employees.
- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders to meet customer and retailer demands.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and hazard-free work environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to accurately record and track inventory levels.
- Communicate with suppliers and carriers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in shipments to management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Warehouse Assistant At Nike Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Qualification To Ensure They Have A Basic Understanding Of Math, Communication, And Organizational Skills.
Previous Warehouse Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Setting. This Will Ensure They Have A Basic Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And Procedures.
Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: Working In A Warehouse Requires Physical Strength And The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects. A Warehouse Assistant At Nike Should Be Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds And Be Comfortable Working In A Physically Demanding Environment.
Familiarity With Inventory Management Systems: Nike Utilizes Inventory Management Systems To Track And Manage Their Products. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With These Systems And Be Comfortable Using Technology.
