Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Nike team as a Warehouse Assistant. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall operation and organization of our warehouse facility.   1. Assist in the overall operation and organization of the warehouse facility.
  2. Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory system.
  4. Prepare and pack orders for shipment.
  5. Ensure all products are stored in designated locations.
  6. Keep track of stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
  7. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  9. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  12. Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits.
  13. Identify and report any damaged or defective products.
  14. Assist in receiving and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  16. Continuously strive to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
  17. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  18. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
  19. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
  20. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve warehouse goals and targets.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Warehouse Experience: A Warehouse Assistant At Nike Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Including Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Forklift Operation, And Order Fulfillment Processes.

  • Physical Ability: This Role Requires Physical Stamina And The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Boxes And Equipment. Candidates Should Be Comfortable Standing For Extended Periods Of Time And Able To Perform Tasks That Require Bending, Twisting, And Reaching.

  • Attention To Detail: Nike Products Must Be Handled With Care And Precision, So Attention To Detail Is Crucial For A Warehouse Assistant. This Includes Accurately Counting And Labeling Products, Identifying And Reporting Any Damaged Items, And Ensuring The Correct Orders Are Fulfilled.

  • Team Player: As Part Of A Larger Warehouse Team, A Warehouse Assistant At Nike Should Be A Strong Team Player. This Includes Effective Communication Skills, The Ability To Take Direction And Work Collaboratively, And A Positive Attitude Towards Achieving Shared Goals.

  • Basic Computer Skills: Nike Uses Various Computer Systems For Inventory Tracking And Order Processing, So Candidates Should Have Basic Computer Skills And Be Comfortable Learning New Software Programs. This Includes Proficiency In Microsoft Office And The Ability To Quickly Adapt To New Technology.
