Job Description

Directly participate in testing, both lab and field, bringing expertise to analysis and resolution. Engage customer in technical meetings to present Nokia’s solutions, debate their efficacy, and incorporate customer feedback into resolution process. Assist deployment program (services and market services) in resolving issues and explaining to customer. Working with R&D engineers around the world to solve cases.

Job Qualifications

Greater than 3 years of Nokia product development (specification, coding, testing) of SW, with strong knowledge of HW
Must have demonstrable expertise in at least one of these logical domains: L1, L2, L3, RFSW,O&M
Architecture and solution specification experience
