Design and implement 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Utilize your technical expertise to provide guidance and support to team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 5G technology.
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential improvements and optimizations for 5G RAN solutions.
Attend meetings with clients to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during project delivery.
Ensure project timelines and milestones are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and team members.
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support for proposals.
Participate in the development and testing of new 5G RAN products and features.
Provide training and support to clients on the use of 5G RAN solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to 5G RAN delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to project delivery.
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless integration of 5G RAN solutions with other products and services.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In 5G Ran Delivery For Private Wireless Networks.
Extensive Knowledge Of 5G Network Architecture, Protocols, And Standards.
Experience With Nokia Equipment, Including Airscale Radio Access And Cloud Ran Solutions.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
