Job Description

Provide E2E high level Technical Support for 4G and 5G radio solutions and its related technologies to Nokia Internal and external customers in Pre and Post sale phases located in North America and global if needed. Resolve techincal issues with both Internal and external customers for escalated issues or issues impacting business. Perform maintenance SW delivery Testing, Release Testing and Software Upgrades. Provide technical training on needed basis. Define test cases and test descriptions for specified features and software releases. Support the Lab Engineers in Maintaining 5G RAN labs in Americas and perform System Build up including Commissioning and integration. Perform special projects for Nokia Internal and external customers (for example, Testing, Software Audit, Performance Management). Manage projects (Trial, Pilot, Demo, Upgrades) in the customer site.

Job Qualifications

At least 3 years' experience with Nokia Radio product eNB in commissioning, integration, software upgrade
At least 3 years of LTE or 5G experience
Level 3 plus knowledge of Nokia Radio eNB software and hardware
Experience and knowledge in Virtualizations concept of the Server and its related SW
