Job Description

Perform R&D development for antenna designs new 3G/4G/5G/MSR BTS products from initial concept through requirements definition topology selection, detailed design, analysis, optimization, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and release to customer. Research and development of new antenna structures emerging wireless technologies. Design, simulate, and characterize passive elements. Conduct detailed design of various packages. Generate requirements for advanced antenna and array designs. Participate in cross-functional reviews of designs and ensure consistency in related design across products. Conduct testing within near-field and far-field OTA chambers.

Job Qualifications

MSEE degree is preferred but BSEE degree will be considered with some antenna experience
Strong basic RF knowledge with good understanding of electromagnetics fundamentals and design at high frequencies
Good understanding of Antenna and Antenna Arrays concepts
Good proficiency in 3D electromagnetic simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, and ADS
