- Develop and implement strategies for product categories that align with Nokia's overall business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape for assigned product categories.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and marketing to drive product development and launch new products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance of product categories, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Develop pricing strategies for products within the assigned categories, considering market trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing of products.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand product offerings and grow revenue.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize excess stock.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and innovations to continuously improve product categories.
- Train and support sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective messaging and promotional campaigns for product categories.
- Oversee and manage product lifecycles, including end-of-life planning and discontinuation strategies.
- Manage and track budgets and expenses for product categories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal departments.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements for assigned product categories.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Category Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Market Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Negotiate And Build Relationships With External Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.
