  1. Develop and implement strategies for product categories that align with Nokia's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape for assigned product categories.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and marketing to drive product development and launch new products.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance of product categories, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  5. Develop pricing strategies for products within the assigned categories, considering market trends and competitive landscape.
  6. Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing of products.
  7. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand product offerings and grow revenue.
  8. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize excess stock.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and innovations to continuously improve product categories.
  10. Train and support sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective messaging and promotional campaigns for product categories.
  12. Oversee and manage product lifecycles, including end-of-life planning and discontinuation strategies.
  13. Manage and track budgets and expenses for product categories.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal departments.
  15. Stay informed on industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements for assigned product categories.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Category Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Market Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Negotiate And Build Relationships With External Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Product Portfolios, Driving Sales And Profitability, And Implementing Effective Category Strategies.

Compensation
