Job Description

Review, draft and negotiate all contractual documentation during pre-sales activities including to ensure e2e contract alignment and b-2-b with supplier-contracts and resolution of all commercial contractual matters during the entire contract lifecycle in Nokia's Canada market. Preparing Statements of Compliance (SOC), structure the offer in alignment with the CO CT and review and supports RfXs. Drive contract drafting and keeping accurate records and managing trade-off list and ensure favorable T&C’s for Nokia, including facilitating contractual risk management and ensuring contract alignment with supplier contracts. Clear scope definition thus reducing claims and disputes and improve cash collection life cycle by ensuring Revenue Recognition principles and a defined acceptance process. Identify and communicates opportunities for up-sell and ensure smooth handover by ensuring contracting process continues in the deal life cycle.

Job Qualifications

At least 10 years work experience in Commercial Contract Management (or other applicable discipline)
Basic Project management experience and skills (planning, reporting, processes)
Adept at handling and managing client personnel and internal cross-functional teams
Knowledgeable about the industry and related regulation
IACCM certification
