As a Country Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by providing administrative support to our country managers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.   1. Provide administrative support to country managers, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain and organize important documents and records for the country team.
  3. Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  4. Assist with budget management and financial tracking for the country team.
  5. Help plan and coordinate events and meetings, both internally and externally.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.
  7. Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  8. Respond to inquiries and requests from team members and external parties in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and reporting.
  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Serve as a point of contact for the country team and effectively communicate updates and changes.
  13. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and develop skills and knowledge in the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
