  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to drive profitable growth for customer accounts.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial performance of customer accounts, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Conduct regular financial reviews and forecasting to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and provide recommendations for action.
  7. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  8. Monitor and manage customer account budgets and expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and targets.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential financial issues and risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance and business analysis to continually improve processes and drive innovation.
  11. Lead and support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial processes and systems.
  13. Comply with all relevant financial regulations and company policies to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Management Reporting

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles, Including Budgeting And Forecasting

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders

  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software Programs.
