In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our customers' networks and systems, playing a critical role in maintaining their trust and confidence in our products and services.   1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures for customers in East Europe region.
  2. Monitor and analyze potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and take proactive measures to prevent them.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments of customers' networks and systems to identify any security gaps.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all Nokia products and services meet or exceed security standards.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding security concerns and provide timely and effective solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in security technology, and make recommendations for improvements to our products and services.
  7. Train and educate customers on best practices for maintaining the security of their networks and systems.
  8. Lead incident response efforts in case of a security breach, including communication with customers and stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and report on the overall security posture of customers in the East Europe region.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and trust in Nokia's security measures.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue security-related business opportunities with current and potential customers.
  12. Manage and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the security processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Security-Related Position.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Security Frameworks And Standards Such As Iso 27001 And Nist.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Strategies And Solutions For Large Organizations.
