Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Engineering Roles, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Or Leadership Position.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Engineering Principles, Processes, And Tools.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential.
