Job Description

Nokia is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Co-op in the Ethics & Compliance department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in the ethical and regulatory elements of our business while also making an impact on our organization’s culture. Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the ethical and regulatory elements of Nokia's business

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Maintain and update records of compliance activities

• Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure ethical standards are upheld

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide recommendations for action

• Assist in the preparation of reports for management

• Assist in the implementation of training programs for employees

• Provide research and analysis of ethical and compliance issues

• Assist in the investigation of ethical complaints and violations

• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
