Nokia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Category Manager to join our team and oversee all facility management services across our global organization. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our facility management strategy, identifying and implementing best practices, and managing vendor relationships.   1. Develop and implement a global facility management strategy for Nokia, in line with company goals and objectives.
  2. Drive efficiency and cost savings through strategic category management of facility services, including but not limited to maintenance, cleaning, security, and catering.
  3. Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement in facility management services.
  4. Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure facility management services meet the needs of various business units and functions.
  6. Monitor and report on facility management metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance facility management processes and operations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of facility services.
  9. Oversee facility management budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  10. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facility management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  11. Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  12. Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to facility management, and ensure Nokia's compliance.
  13. Collaborate with HR to develop and implement training and development programs for facility management staff.
  14. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to facility management services.
  15. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on facility management operations and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Facility Management Services.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Global And Complex Contracts With Multiple Suppliers.

  • Strong Understanding Of Facility Management Services, Including Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Cost-Saving Strategies.

  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Global And Cross-Functional Team Environment.
