- Develop and execute a global HR operations strategy that aligns with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the HR Operations Services category, including sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to understand their HR service needs and provide strategic guidance on how to optimize these services.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR operations processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks within the HR operations category.
- Monitor market trends and best practices in HR operations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts to ensure cost savings and high-quality services.
- Act as a subject matter expert in HR operations and procurement, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
- Lead and develop a team of professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to drive their professional growth and development.
- Communicate and present key findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Services, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Company.
Strong Understanding Of Global Hr Policies, Processes, And Systems, With The Ability To Adapt To Local Variations.
Experience In Managing And Negotiating Contracts With Hr Service Providers, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Recruitment Agencies.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Change Management Initiatives.
