  1. Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition for employees and their families into new cultures and environments.
  2. Stay up-to-date on global mobility trends and best practices to inform and improve Nokia's global mobility strategy.
  3. Manage and oversee international assignments, including relocation, immigration, tax, and compensation processes.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for employees and their families throughout the global mobility process, providing guidance and support.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, legal, and finance, to ensure compliance with global mobility policies and regulations.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as relocation and immigration agencies, to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
  7. Develop and deliver training and resources for managers and employees to enhance their understanding of global mobility policies and practices.
  8. Monitor and analyze data related to global mobility, such as costs, trends, and employee satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity within the organization.
  10. Serve as a project manager for global mobility initiatives, coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience in international assignments.
  12. Communicate and demonstrate Nokia's commitment to supporting employees and their families throughout the global mobility process.
  13. Mentor and provide guidance to more junior members of the global mobility team.
  14. Represent Nokia at industry events and conferences related to global mobility.
  15. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to global mobility.
