  1. Develop and implement global workplace services strategies to optimize employee experience and overall efficiency.
  2. Oversee the delivery of workplace services, including facilities management, office supplies, and employee support.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to workplace services.
  4. Manage and monitor budget for global workplace services, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial targets are met.
  5. Lead a team of workplace services professionals and provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for workplace services.
  7. Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for workplace services to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  9. Monitor and analyze workplace services metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workplace services to continuously enhance the employee experience.

  13. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
  14. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of global workplace services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Global Workplace Services Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Managing And Optimizing Workplace Technologies, Including Collaboration Tools, Virtual Desktop Environments, And Mobile Devices.

  • Proven Track Record In Implementing And Maintaining Global Workplace Strategies And Initiatives, With A Focus On Improving Efficiency And Productivity.
