  1. Design and develop innovative and cutting-edge hardware solutions for Nokia's products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware architecture and specifications.

  4. Create and review detailed hardware designs, including schematic capture, layout, and verification.

  11. Continuously improve and optimize hardware designs to meet performance and cost goals.

  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  14. Represent Nokia at industry events and conferences, showcasing our hardware solutions.
  15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the hardware architecture and board design team at Nokia.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hardware Design And Development, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hardware Design Principles, Including Schematic Design, Pcb Layout, And Signal Integrity Analysis.

  • Experience With High-Speed Digital Design, Including Protocols Such As Ddr, Pcie, And Ethernet.

  • Familiarity With Hardware Design Tools And Software, Such As Altium, Cadence, And Mentor Graphics.
