- Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for all IT assets and services within Nokia.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is stored in the CMDB.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for the management of the CMDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate information for the CMDB.
- Monitor and track changes to IT assets and services in the CMDB.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity in the CMDB.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the CMDB.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure all new assets and services are added to the CMDB.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the status of the CMDB to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze CMDB data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to CMDB management.
- Train and mentor team members on CMDB management processes and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for any CMDB-related inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure their information is accurately reflected in the CMDB.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of CMDB with business objectives.
Extensive Experience In It Service Management And Configuration Management Database (Cmdb) Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Cmdb, Such As Itil And Cobit.
Strong Leadership And People Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Develop A Team Of Cmdb Analysts.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Cmdb Implementation And Maintenance In A Large And Complex Organization.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Data Integrity And Quality Issues In The Cmdb.
