- Design and develop cutting-edge RF systems for Nokia's products.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of RF systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into overall product design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into RF system designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and testing process.
- Ensure that all RF systems meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Work closely with hardware and software engineers to optimize RF system performance.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of RF system designs, testing procedures, and results.
- Continuously improve and optimize RF system designs for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and expertise to other team members as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary components for RF systems.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing hardware designs to enhance overall product performance.
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide input on project timelines and milestones.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Rf System Development And Design.
Proficiency In Using Rf Design And Simulation Tools Such As Ads, Cst, Or Hfss.
Strong Understanding Of Wireless Communication Systems And Standards (E.g. 5G, Lte, Wi-Fi).
Experience With Hardware Testing And Measurement Equipment Such As Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, And Network Analyzers.
