- Conduct thorough research and analysis of intellectual property laws and regulations to ensure compliance and protection of Nokia's patent portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage, protect, and enforce Nokia's patents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential patent infringements and develop appropriate responses.
- Monitor and track industry developments and changes in intellectual property laws to ensure Nokia's patent portfolio remains up-to-date and relevant.
- Prepare and file patent applications and maintain accurate records of patent-related documents.
- Communicate with external legal counsel, patent offices, and other stakeholders to manage patent-related matters.
- Assist in patent licensing negotiations and agreements.
- Educate and train employees on intellectual property laws and policies to ensure compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patent information.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to intellectual property management.
- Provide timely and accurate reports and updates to management on patent portfolio status and developments.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify potential patent opportunities for Nokia.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures related to intellectual property management.
- Represent Nokia in patent-related legal proceedings and disputes.
- Uphold Nokia's values and standards of professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Managing And Optimizing Ip Networks.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Routing Protocols Such As Bgp, Ospf, And Mpls.
Familiarity With Network Security Principles And Best Practices.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Network Issues.
