IPR specialist
Your main responsibility area will involve working within the technology area mainly related to current and future cellular technologies, in particular with inventions and patents relevant to radio or network standardization. You will evaluate the business relevance and technical patentability of inventions, advise and support colleagues in related legal issues as well as assist the licensing and litigation function in activities related to cellular standards.
You should be a team player, have a flexible working attitude and a commitment to quality
Patent Attorney and with a relevant scientific or engineering degree
At least 5 years of experience in the IPR field
Experience working within the technology area mainly related to current and future cellular technologies, in particular with inventions and patents relevant to radio or network standardization
