Job Description

Lead the architecture and design activities for one or many complex customer implementations. Take ownership and accountability of customer specific deliveries and provide technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements, problem resolution for critical / complex issues. Create and maintain end-to-end architecture artifacts including but not limited to, High Level design, interface design document, process design document, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams and data models across the OSS ecosystem. Deliver clear and comprehensive technical documentation. Develops the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions. Design & support Development of workflows/streams, installation, & solution testing. Estimate services effort, hardware estimations and see through the delivery of a solution.

Job Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in OSS domain.
Subject Matter Expertise of telecom network management (FCAPS)
Prior experience in designing or implementing integration projects with various network management and/or Trouble Ticketing tools over standard interfaces
Experience in Cloudband Network director (CBND will be an asset and preferable.
