Develop and implement strategies to optimize and improve network performance.
Analyze network data and identify areas for improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network optimization solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technologies.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with network optimization standards.
Implement and maintain network monitoring tools to track performance and identify potential issues.
Create and maintain documentation related to network optimization processes and procedures.
Work closely with network engineers to design and implement new network solutions.
Conduct regular performance testing and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments.
Identify and escalate critical issues to management for prompt resolution.
Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and techniques for network optimization.
Train and mentor junior network optimization engineers.
Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies for network optimization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Network Optimization, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Proficiency In Network Performance And Optimization Tools, Such As Nokia Netact And Ericsson Oss.
Strong Knowledge Of Wireless Communication Technologies, Including 4G Lte And 5G.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Network Performance Issues.
