Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to connect people and things, in line with Nokia's mission and vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize network solutions for nonprofit organizations.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and proactively propose solutions.
Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any network issues for nonprofit clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in communication technology to continuously improve solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of engineering processes and procedures.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and according to specifications.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in project execution.
Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their technical skills and contribute to their professional growth.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Represent Nokia at industry events and conferences to showcase our engineering capabilities and build partnerships with nonprofit organizations.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while carrying out job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Network Performance Optimization And Troubleshooting For Telecommunications Systems, Preferably In A Non-Profit Organization.
Proficiency In Various Network Optimization Tools And Software, Such As Nokia Netact, Huawei Prs, Or Ericsson Oss.
Strong Understanding Of Network Architecture And Protocols, Including 2G, 3G, 4G, And Upcoming 5G Technologies.
Proven Ability To Work In A Team Environment And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Network Performance Targets.
