- Develop and execute product vision and strategy for the commercial platform in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize features, and set timelines.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality of the product.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
- Drive product adoption and revenue growth through effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Conduct regular training and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
- Manage product budget and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for the product.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify areas for improvement and adjust product strategy accordingly.
- Act as a spokesperson for the product, representing Nokia at industry events, conferences, and media interviews.
- Mentor and support junior product team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Or Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Commercial Platforms And Experience In Developing And Launching Successful Products.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue And Profit Growth Through Strategic Product Planning And Execution.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
