Lead and manage the Low/No Code Automation team at Nokia.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.
Utilize a strong understanding of low/no code automation to drive change and improve business operations.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Create and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Define and communicate product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
Manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve and enhance the product.
Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries and escalations.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Communicate product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into product development processes.
Mentor and guide team members to ensure their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Low/No Code Automation Tools And Platforms: The Product Owner Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Low/No Code Automation Tools And Platforms, Such As Appian, Salesforce, And Uipath, To Effectively Manage And Guide The Development Of Automation Solutions.
Experience In Product Management: The Product Owner Should Have Previous Experience In Product Management, Including Defining Product Vision, Creating Roadmaps, And Prioritizing Features. This Will Help In Effectively Managing The Development Of Low/No Code Automation Solutions At Nokia.
Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies: Familiarity With Agile Methodologies, Such As Scrum And Kanban, Is Essential For A Product Owner To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams In An Agile Development Environment.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Product Owner Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Product Requirements And Updates To Stakeholders And Gather Feedback. They Should Also Have Strong Stakeholder Management Skills To Ensure Alignment And Buy-In From All Stakeholders Involved In The Automation Project.
Business Acumen And Problem-Solving Skills: A Product Owner For Low/No Code Automation At Nokia Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Understand The Needs And Challenges Of The Business. They Should Also Possess Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Any Issues That May Arise During The Development And Implementation Of Automation Solutions.
