Oversee and manage multiple projects across the designated region, ensuring their successful completion and delivery.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and guidelines.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide updates on project progress.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
Monitor and track project performance, providing timely and accurate reporting to management.
Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure project success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Train and mentor junior project managers to build a high-performing team.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Travel to project sites as necessary to oversee project progress and address any issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Experience In Managing Large-Scale Projects And Delivering Results Within Tight Deadlines And Budget Constraints.
