Job Description

Nokia is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable RF Design Expert Consultant to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about RF Systems Design, and who can provide technical and strategic guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate should have an extensive background in RF and antenna system design, a keen understanding of the cellular network industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field• At least 5 years of experience in RF Systems Design• Proven experience in the cellular network industry• Knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets

Responsibilities:

Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients on RF systems design.
Design and implement antenna systems and network solutions for clients.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to optimize RF systems design.
Develop and implement standards and regulations related to RF systems design.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in the cellular network sector.
Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are met and exceeded.
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Act as a technical resource and provide expert advice on RF systems design.
Provide training and support to team members and clients.
