Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Nokia's network and systems, as well as the latest cyber security threats and trends.
Monitor and analyze security events and alerts, and take appropriate action to mitigate any potential risks or breaches.
Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security solutions and enhancements.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate any potential vulnerabilities.
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members on security-related matters.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to our security posture.
Investigate and respond to security incidents, and provide timely and accurate reports to management.
Participate in security audits and compliance assessments, and ensure Nokia's adherence to regulatory requirements.
Continuously evaluate and enhance our security monitoring and incident response processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Train and educate employees on security awareness and best practices to promote a strong security culture within the organization.
Serve as a liaison with external security vendors and partners to stay informed on emerging threats and technologies.
Continuously assess and improve our security infrastructure and tools to ensure they are up-to-date and effective in protecting our company's assets.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on cyber security matters and provide regular updates and reports on the state of our security posture.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care and professionalism.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Knowledge Of Cyber Security Principles And Practices: A Security Operations Expert At Nokia Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cyber Security Principles, Including Threat Intelligence, Risk Management, Vulnerability Assessment, And Incident Response.
Experience In Managing Security Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Security Operations In A Large Organization. This Includes Experience In Setting Up Security Policies, Procedures, And Guidelines, As Well As Managing Security Personnel And Resources.
Proficiency In Security Tools And Technologies: A Security Operations Expert Should Be Well-Versed In Various Security Tools And Technologies, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, Encryption, And Vulnerability Scanners. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And Their Potential Security Implications.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Cyber Security Threats Are Constantly Evolving, And A Security Operations Expert Should Be Able To Quickly Analyze And Respond To New Threats. They Should Also Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Security Issues Efficiently.
Relevant Certifications: A Candidate For This Role Should Have Relevant Certifications, Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa).
