Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap for our autonomous networks applications, in line with the overall company vision and goals.
Lead and manage the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product development and positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product plans.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products that meet market and customer requirements.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Serve as a subject matter expert on autonomous networks technology, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
Mentor and coach junior product management team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Product Management And Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Products In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Technical Background: A Solid Understanding Of Network Technologies, Such As Sdn, Nfv, And 5G, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Possess A Good Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Agile Methodologies.
Leadership Skills: As A Senior Product Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Product Managers And Engineers. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others, Are Crucial For This Role.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Identify Market Trends And Customer Needs. They Should Also Possess Strong Business Acumen, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Manage Product Budgets.
