Conduct ongoing maintenance and support of RF baseband products.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to RF baseband products.
Develop and maintain product maintenance procedures and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement product improvements and updates.
Monitor and analyze product performance and provide recommendations for optimizations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RF technology to ensure product competitiveness.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support and solutions.
Lead and mentor junior engineers on product maintenance best practices.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and management.
Participate in product testing and validation to ensure quality and reliability.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to product maintenance.
Contribute to the overall success of the product by providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvements.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Rf Baseband Product Maintenance For Wireless Communication Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of Radio Frequency Principles And Baseband Processing Techniques.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues Related To Rf Baseband Products.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Timely And Effective Product Maintenance.
