Conduct system validation tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Nokia's technology solutions
Develop and maintain test plans for various systems and components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and identify potential issues
Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues and provide solutions
Utilize various tools and methodologies to perform system validation, including automated testing and simulation
Document and report test results and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in system validation techniques
Mentor and guide junior engineers on system validation best practices
Participate in design reviews and provide inputs for system improvements

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In System Validation, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Python.
Strong Understanding Of Wireless Communication Systems And Protocols, Including 5G, Lte, And Wi-Fi.
Experience With Test Automation And Validation Tools, Such As Labview And Selenium.
