- Act as a point of escalation for client issues and concerns, and work closely with the team to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that supports the success of the team and the organization as a whole.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Service Delivery Or Project Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Telecommunication Networks And Services, Particularly In The Mobile Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Delivering Quality Services Within Tight Deadlines And Budget Constraints.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
