Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans for software products.
Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify and report any defects or issues.
Work closely with software development teams to understand product functionality and provide feedback for improvement.
Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and other testing documentation.
Use automated testing tools to streamline and improve testing processes.
Continuously monitor and analyze software performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to software quality assurance.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes and standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide regular updates on software quality and testing progress.
Proactively identify potential risks and escalate any critical issues to the appropriate teams.
Participate in code reviews and provide valuable feedback to improve code quality.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
3+ Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Testing Techniques.
Experience With Automated Testing Tools And Frameworks, Such As Selenium Or Cucumber.
