Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or A Similar Role In The Telecommunications Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Nokia Products, Solutions, And Services.
Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
