  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to join our internal teams.
  2. Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates and stay updated on industry trends.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide consultation and guidance on the recruitment process.
  4. Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks, to identify and reach out to potential candidates.
  5. Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews.
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Facilitate the offer process and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  11. Represent Nokia at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition to continuously enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
  13. Act as an ambassador for our company culture and values and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities, including progress, challenges, and recommendations, to the HR and hiring managers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Corporate Or Internal Recruiting Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Candidates.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Diversity And Inclusion Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
