Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Monitor and track project expenses and resource allocation.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote productivity and efficiency.
Use technical expertise to provide guidance and support to team members.
Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments and teams involved in the project.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform project planning and execution.
Mentor and coach team members to promote professional development.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry
Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Projects From Initiation To Completion
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
