Job Qualifications

Knowledge And Experience In Telecommunications: A Strong Understanding Of Telecommunications Principles And Technologies, Including Radio Network Planning, Optimization, And Operations, Is Essential For A Telco (Sran Radio Network) Working Student At Nokia.
Familiarity With Nokia Products And Solutions: Familiarity With Nokia's Sran Radio Network Products And Solutions, Such As The Airscale Radio Access Platform, Is A Key Requirement For This Role. This Includes A Knowledge Of Their Features, Capabilities, And How They Integrate Into The Overall Network.
Proficiency In Network Planning And Optimization Tools: The Ability To Use Network Planning And Optimization Tools, Such As Nokia's Netact Or Atoll, Is Crucial For A Telco (Sran Radio Network) Working Student. This Includes The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Network Data, And Make Recommendations For Improvement.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Working Student In The Telco (Sran Radio Network) Team, You Will Be Expected To Assist With Troubleshooting And Resolving Network Issues. Therefore, Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are Important, As Well As The Ability To Work Under Pressure And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities: As Part Of A Global Team, The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Collaborate With Colleagues In Different Locations Is A Must.
