  2. Review and analyze technical documents and patent applications related to radio protocols.
  3. Collaborate with patent attorneys and engineers to identify potential patentable inventions.
  4. Assist in drafting and filing patent applications.
  5. Conduct patent searches and analysis to support patentability assessments.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patent-related information.
  7. Attend patent training sessions and workshops to continuously develop knowledge and skills.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in patent law and technology.
  9. Assist in managing and maintaining a patent portfolio.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patent strategy and decision-making.
  11. Participate in patent review meetings and provide recommendations based on technical expertise.
  12. Conduct patent landscape analysis to identify potential areas for patent filing and technology development.
  13. Support patent litigation efforts by providing technical expertise and analysis.
  14. Ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations.
  15. Proactively identify and report potential patent infringements.
  16. Contribute to the development of patent strategies and processes within the organization.
  17. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patent information.
  18. Proactively identify and propose improvements to patent-related processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
