Design user data management solutions for Nokia's telecommunications products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet user needs.
Conduct research and analysis to understand user behavior and preferences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas.
Ensure that all designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design concepts and solicit feedback.
Proactively identify and address any design issues or challenges.
Collaborate with product managers to define project scope and timelines.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of user data management solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay organized and maintain detailed documentation of design processes and decisions.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Urban Design And Planning, Preferably In A Telecommunications Or Technology Company.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad, Sketchup, And Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong Understanding Of Zoning, Land Use Regulations, And Building Codes.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
