Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activity to identify potential security risks or theft
2. Investigate and report any suspicious customer behavior
3. Respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally
4. Enforce store safety and security policies
5. Maintain a high level of customer service
6. Collaborate with store staff to ensure a safe and secure environment
7. Operate loss prevention equipment such as surveillance cameras
8. Prepare detailed incident reports
9. Maintain records of security breaches and violations
10. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
11. Possess a valid driver’s license
