Asset Protection Agent

As a member of our Asset Protection team, you’ll be tasked with ensuring our customers, employees, and property are safe and secure. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We require that you possess a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in security or loss prevention. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store premises to identify any potential security risks or safety hazards.
2. Respond quickly and effectively to any concerns or incidents that arise.
3. Ensure that store policies and procedures are being followed.
4. Investigate any reported incidents of theft or loss.
5. Interview witnesses and victims to gain more information about reported incidents.
6. Prepare detailed reports of all incidents and investigations.
7. Evaluate security systems and make recommendations for improvement.
8. Work closely with local law enforcement when necessary.
9. Provide customers with the highest level of customer service.
10. Participate in store loss prevention training and educational programs.
