1. Collaborate with design and production teams to understand and execute design concepts.
2. Assist in creating and updating technical design specifications for garments.

4. Communicate and follow up with overseas factories to ensure accurate and timely production.
5. Create and maintain detailed technical sketches and illustrations.
6. Assist in sample management and tracking.
7. Participate in design and production meetings to ensure alignment on design direction and technical requirements.
8. Monitor the production process to identify and address any technical issues.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technical design.
10. Help to maintain accurate records and documentation related to technical design processes.
11. Work closely with patternmakers and sample makers to ensure accurate execution of designs.
12. Contribute to the development and improvement of technical design processes and procedures.
13. Assist in quality control checks to ensure garments meet Nordstrom's high standards.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any design or production issues.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing Nordstrom's brand and values.
