Beauty Concierge

As a Beauty Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing personalized recommendations and assisting with product selection. 1. Greet and welcome customers to the beauty department with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent customer service at all times.
3. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations.
4. Assist customers with product selection, including demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits.
5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about current beauty trends, products, and brands sold in the store.
6. Keep up-to-date on all promotions, sales, and events happening in the beauty department and communicate them to customers.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Utilize the store's technology and resources to provide accurate product information and process transactions.
10. Collaborate with team members, including beauty advisors and sales associates, to achieve department and store sales goals.
11. Ensure the beauty department is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the shopping experience.
14. Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
15. Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
